Hey Musicians, Are Les Paul's Your Favorite Axe? Well, They're Mike Bloomfield's

This short little video is of Mike Bloomfield, one of blues greatest. He's generally not talked about a lot but you should go back and listen to his wonderful and incredible playing. In this video Mike talks about the Les Paul and what he thinks of it, and how it's helped his playing. He's not with us anymore since he passed on in
1981, but he left a great blues and jazz legacy especially with Chicago based players and fans alike.

If you're really ambitious go back and listen to an album he did with Al Kooper and Stephen Stills called Super Sessions back in 1970 or 71'. I think you'll love it. If you can buy the vinyl version with every little nuance and even crack.

If we don't preserve our blues and music history, especially with guys like Bloomfield, we can't move forward. At least in my little fertile mind. So enjoy.
