This little Gear tip will have you back playing your guitar in two shakes without any offending squeals from your Guitar and Amp. This tip is actually from Gary Brawer who I should give the credit to. He wrote a piece in Guitar Player in June 2010 with tips on how Guitarist's can sound better now.
But I think you'll like this one better since a lot of you have issues with crackly guitar amp jacks at Jams and rehearsals. This will also show you how to take care of offending sounds on your gear with a simple little tip.
