How Much Would Information That Could Make Your Band 10 Thousand A Night, Be Worth?

If an article or interview on a guitar player that talked about how he changed his pickups to get a more natural tone for doing live work or recording sessions be worth to you as a player? And you used that valuable information to make slight changes to your pickups, and you played better as a result.

Then what if you asked your Agent or Manager to look for session work based on your new sound, and session producers and label heads came out to see you, and it resulted in regular session work with top players?

How much would that information be worth to your music career?

$500.00? $1,000.00? or maybe even 5 G's? Sounds ridiculous doesn't it? Maybe not.

If that info from a top player ended in either your band or you stopping you from spinning your wheels in nowhere gigs that pay squat. Or from continually playing with lower level players to making 10's of thousands a month, a week or a day, would that info be worth as much as gold for your career?

I think so.
