LA Musician Will Wallner Talks About Heavy Metal And Why It's Lost Now

I was on the guitarworld.com site today in the Blogs section. I came across an article I've written about talking about where metal music derived from. But Will talked about it in a different way than I have, and he was right on the money with it. He said that it had lost something, and so had labels that sign metal acts.

You need to understand where metal music really came from and how to infuse it in your heavy material. Will basically gives you a lesson on all of this. Take notes and go back to some old material of your band's and give it a new twist with the music he extrapolates about.
