Just wanted to thank Rob from Classic Rock 94.5 in Canada for putting up this article and video from Jimmy Page on his new band with Jack White and Edge.
I wasn't too big on the remastered old Zeppelin albums,but I hope that this trio takes Jimmy's music some where on a great journey for real music fans like myself.
But like I keep saying guys...
You want to be a real musician then take a few notes and tips from Jimmy on what he did in the studio and to develop a tone and approach few artists can ever hope to accomplish.
I wasn't big on the effect Jimmy used on this video. I think The Edge and Jack were easily taken in by Jimmy.
You have to go beyond the norm tone creation wise,and take it up a notch. But play with emotion and feel like a true old rock n' roller.
